Project Management & Data Analysis for the Division of Administration

Data analytics 3D chartsThe Office of Administrative Services in the Division of Administration includes a data analyst and project managers who support the Vice President and units throughout the division. 

  • The project managers lead strategic operational projects and initiatives such as the development and implementation of a program or process improvement (not including facility design and construction projects). The project management function is also a resource for those managing projects in the division, including consulting on project plans, project schedules and task tracking systems (e.g., use of Smartsheet), strategies for change management and more.
  • The data analyst reviews, interprets  and visualizes data to inform leaders’ business decisions and management of their business operations. The data analyst works collaboratively with unit staff to identify relevant sources of data and determine the best methods for analyzing the data, and generates graphics and reports using Tableau, Excel and other tools.
