Instructions
Find the 311 tool in the UMD app (Menu > Contact Us section) or add it to your UMD app Quick Links (make sure you are signed in appropriately, go to Quick Links > Customize > 311).
- UMD 311 uses the public platform, SeeClickFix, used by many municipalities. Items reported are visible to all.
- 'Guest reporting’ allows users to submit issues without signing in.
- ‘Submit as yourself’ allows users to get email updates on their issues and requires a sign-in. (Follow the registration prompts and use the Sign Up with Google method with your UMD email/Terpmail. On the Complete Registration screen, enter a display name and list College Park, MD as the default location.) Issues reported with this feature will show the user's display name.
- The system is monitored Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. when UMD is open.
While walking on campus, snap items in real-time with location services "on" (or drag the map).
